A design for a small power system is presented. It uses both wind and solar energy to provide a more reliable and continuous supply than power generation by one mode alone. By matching to the demand characteristics of typical uses, it also enables supply both to intermittent heavy uses and continuous light ones without requiring increased storage capacity.
